North Park Theological Seminary proactively addresses the financial concerns that come with getting a Seminary education and looking forward to a life in ministry. Starting with your application process, our staff will walk alongside you as you plan how you can .
The Seminary is also one of 16 schools participating in a , the Theological School Initiative to Address Economic Challenges Facing Future Ministers. Through this initiative, the Seminary is working to develop strategies that will improve the economic well-being of our graduates. Elements of this will include:
- Training students in financial literacy skills
- Coaching opportunities provided in partnership with the University, Evangelical Covenant Church, Covenant Trust Company, and Covenant Ministries of Benevolence
- Engaging other organizations and churches to consider ways theological education can be financed, including discussions of clergy compensation models and the development of loan programs.
