Certificate in Missional Church Leadership
The certificate offers pastors both theological foundations for missional health and practical tools to assess and lead missional health in their ministry context. A partnership between North Park Theological Seminary and the Missional Vitality emphasis of the Evangelical Covenant Church (Start and Strengthen Churches), this Certificate is appropriate for interim pastors, called pastors, chaplains, missionaries, church planters, lay leaders, and vitality specialists.

Faculty Spotlight:
Rev. Dr. Mary Hendrickson
Rev. Dr. Mary Hendrickson has pastored for over 20 years including serving as lead pastor in four congregations. Since 2020, she has served as the ECC Director of Missional Vitality under Start and Strengthen Churches. In that capacity she has worked with congregations in every region and context in the United States, and with the national Vitality Team, has developed a new and relevant suite of vitality resources. Dr. Hendrickson received both her Master of Divinity and her Doctor of Ministry degrees from Fuller Theological Seminary. She currently resides in Gresham, OR.
