Breanna Parker is a Chicago artist who is currently a student at ÂÜÀòÉç majoring in Art Education. Her work has been exhibited in two group shows at ÂÜÀòÉç’s Carlson Tower Gallery. She has extended her practice and knowledge into the community by working as an art instructor at a day camp during the summertime.
She primarily works with graphite and acrylic paint. Recently, she has been exploring collage. Her artwork’s intent is to allow viewers to experience a variety of emotions through abstraction and the way in which she manipulates materials. Oftentimes her work has a playful and humorous notion.
