Resources for Possible Tax Benefits

Many North Park students and their parents will qualify for education-related tax benefits. While ÂÜÀòÉç does not provide personal tax advice, here are some resources from the IRS which may be beneficial:

Outside Scholarships

The Financial Aid Office is often notified of scholarship opportunities outside of ÂÜÀòÉç aid. For your convenience, we maintain an ongoing list of those scholarships (below) as well as some helpful resources when searching for scholarships. We do not recommend applying for any scholarships that require a fee.

Scholarship funds are due to ÂÜÀòÉç for the fall semester by October 1 and by March 1 for the spring semester.

Varsity Tutors Monthly Scholarship

Description: Scholarship of $1,000 offered monthlyÌýto students who write an essay in response to prompt on website. Essays are due on the 15th of the month.
