Why Study Physical Education?
The opportunity to instill the value of exercise and sport—which is known to benefit our mental and physical health—has grown increasingly critical as our nation faces mounting public health challenges. You will gain a scientific foundation in human movement and be prepared to become a teacher or coach, providing leadership in educational and recreational settings to help others develop athletic skills and healthy behaviors that will last a lifetime.
