  1. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the scientific facts, principles, and concepts of
    exercise as appropriate for an entry-level health/fitness professional.
  2. Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities to design, administer, and assess exercise
    programs intended to improve wellness as appropriate for an entry-level health/fitness
    professional.
  3. Self-direct learning to further their own knowledge, skills, and abilities and as health/fitness
    professionals.
  4. Communicate effectively using modes consistent with the expectations of health/fitness
